Change of Results Request - VET
This form is to be used as an official request to change SACE VET results.
It is to be submitted to the SACE Board by the principal or the principal's delegate by the due date scheduled in the SACE Board Calendars.
I verify that the changes requested are amendments required as a result of administrative errors, not as a result of reassessment of the student's work.
Once you have completed the form and are ready to submit to the SACE Board of South Australia click Submit. A copy of your submission will be emailed to you. It is recommended that you store it in your schools own records management system.
